If it was something they really wanted to hide they would just copy the square around the image and copy it in the place of the image they did’t want you to see. IE: the test site in NV.

ummm………i would just bulldoze every abandoned building and start anew with city farms and try to attract every big business to detroit, and then detroit wouldn’t rely on ONE INDUSTRY, to keep it from getting to where it got…too bad bulldozing it would cost too much money D:

Unfortunately, there are political and social issues that need to be addressed before something, like what you are suggesting, can happen. The segregation, that is referred to in the article, is stronger than ever and fiercely defended by many.
